Duncan Mitchell, BVetMed MRCVS (Partner)
Duncan qualified from the RVC in 1991 and joined the practice in 2000. He has a keen interest in internal medicine and has a ginger and white cat called Marcie and 2 troublesome kittens.

Tom Doyle, MA VetMB MRCVS
Tom qualified from Cambridge Vet School in 2001. He works mainly at the Wadhurst surgery. He has a mischievous terrier called Beetle and a cat called Heidi.

Karen Ringshall, BA VetMB MRCVS
Karen qualified from Cambridge Veterinary School in 2005 and moved to Culverden Veterinary Group in 2009. She enjoys skiing, sailing and swimming. She has a scrumptious Flat Coat Retriever called Lola.

Annette Levey, BVM&S MRCVS
Annette qualified from Edinburgh in 2009 and joined Culverden in 2011. She has 2 Welsh ponies called Rosie and Nancy who love to gallop her round the fields. She also has 2 cats named Victor and George.

Jude Lawson, VN - Head Veterinary Nurse
Jude has over 20 years experience in veterinary nursing and joined Culverden Veterinary Group to take on the challenge of Head nurse in 2008. She has a handsomely scruffy terrier called Archie.

Sophie Beckwith - Qualified Veterinary Nurse
Sophie re-joined us in 2011 having spent some time visiting various destinations around the world. She has also volunteered at charity neutering and welfare clinics abroad. We are glad to have her back, as is her cat “Stella”!

Charlotte Page - Qualified Veterinary Nurse
Charlotte joined the practice in September 2007 having had previous experience with wildlife and exotic pets. This is her first job in veterinary practice. She qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in summer 2010.

Charlotte Nowell - Qualified Veterinary Nurse
Charlotte transferred to Tunbridge Wells having spent an initial few months at our Crowborough surgery. She has had previous experience with wildlife for 4 years. Charlotte qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in summer 2010. She has 2 dogs called Elvis and Max.

Nicola Chapman - Trainee Veterinary Nurse
Nicola came to Culverden Veterinary Group for Work Experience in 2008 and promptly gave up her old job to join us as a Trainee Veterinary Nurse. She is now studying for her final year veterinary exams.

Hannah Dougal - Trainee Veterinary Nurse
Hannah joined the practice in 2009 having had previous experience managing a boarding kennels. She keeps geckos and bearded dragons but nothing normal! Hannah will spend the next couple of years studying towards her veterinary nursing exams.

Barbara Smith - Practice Administrator
Barbara joined us in 1989. She is responsible for accounting and administration within the practice. Her office is tucked out of view, but there have been occasional reports of her being spotted out walking in her spare time.

Rachel Pollington - Receptionist
Rachel joined us in August 2011. She started her career in reception before training to be a beauty therapist. Now she has joined our team she will be dealing with our furry four-legged companions. Rachel also has a mischievous cat called Betty.

Marian Moon, VN - Small Animal Secretary
Marian joined the practice in 1988 and moved from nursing into the office in 1999. She has 3 ponies, 2 German Shepherds, 2 geese and 4 cats.

Kate Sloan - Receptionist
Kate joined Culverden Veterinary Group’s reception team in 2008. She has spent all her working years in customer care and reception, although four-legged customers are a new challenge! Kate has adopted a cat called Fidget.
